Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
